Any virtual currency or credits purchased are non-transferable and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to other accounts.

5.3 Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you will lose access to all virtual items, ranks, and purchases associated with that account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Hyfrags or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Services without our express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit to our Services. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYFRAGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
